Our charge(s) is/are based on a number of factor's including size - e.g, King, Double, Single etc. and the condition of the mattress(es) and or base(s) - e.g, dry or wet. See our charge(s) explained in detail - below...

* SYDNEY CUSTOMERS PAY THE SAME PRICE AS OUR NEWCASTLE CUSTOMERS, THAT PRICE IS JUST $70.00 (including G.S.T) "PER PIECE" - (Must have minimum of 25 (dry) pieces for collection and pay a small booking deposit)

PREPAY AND SAVE!!!
THE FOLLOWING DISCOUNT(S) DO NOT APPLY IF THE MATTRESS(ES) AND OR BASE(S) ARE WET...
Customer's who prepay for collection of their old/unwanted bed mattress and (or) base will receive a discount of $5.00 on each piece, for example...
* Prepay by funds transfer (Internet banking) or bank deposit (in person at the bank) to our account prior to us collecting your old/unwanted mattress and all you will pay is just $70.00 and if you have a base you want collected at the same time and prepay for it's collection then you can take another $5.00 off.
In other words, instead of paying $75.00 for each mattress and $75.00 for each base, you pay just $70.00 each when you prepay for their collection and the more you have for collection, the more you save. (Maximum of 8 mattresses or 8 bases "or combination of" per house).
NOTE: To prepay and book a collection, simply click on the Contact us link on the left and enter your details...We will send you a collection confirmation email which will contain our financial institution (bank) account details.

* $60.00 (if dry) for business customers....and
* $75.00 (if dry) for residential customers or
* $70.00 (if dry) for residential customers who prepay
* Wet mattresses incur an additional "Wet fee" charge of $5.00 (each)
* KING SIZE MATTRESSES ARE CHARGED AT $80.00 (EACH) - IF DRY OR

* $120.00 (if dry) for business customers....and
* $150.00 (if dry) for residential customers or $140.00 (if dry) for residential customers who prepay - ADD $10.00 (EACH) FOR WET MATTRESSES AND OR BASES - FOR KING SIZE, OUR CHARGE FOR BOTH IS $160 (IF DRY) OTHERWISE $180 (IF WET).
* Latex mattresses are charged at $50.00 (if dry) AND (each) for both business and residential customers or $45.00 (each) if wet.
NOTE: "DRENCHED" mattresses and bases may not be accepted or will incur even further additional charges
* Business customer means: a business to whom we are contracted for regular collections

LOUNGES - (All prices are Inclusive of G.S.T)
We charge for lounges in the same way we charge for mattresses and bases and that is "per piece", for example...
* 1 x lounge (1,2,3 or 4 seater) = 1 piece and is $85.00
* 1 x arm chair = 1 piece and is $85.00
* together they = 2 pieces and is $170.00
An average lounge room contains 1 x 3 seater lounge and 2 x 1 seater arm chairs, together they = 3 pieces. Our charge for these 3 pieces is: $255.00 - If you have three (3) or more piece's, then the price is discounted and charged at $75.00 per piece (each) and, like mattresses and bases, if you have a large quantity of lounges in need of collection or your a business and in need of regular collections. Then ask us about our corporate rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Newcastle Mattress Recyclers will attend a property a maximum of one (1) time for the purpose of collecting or attempting to collect mattress(es) and or base(s) and or lounge(s) after which no further attendances will take place and any or all monies paid to Newcastle Mattress Recyclers as the charge (our charge) for the collection will not be refunded to you (the customer) either in full or part since we may have travelled out of our way in order to attempt to collect the mattress(es) and/or base(s) and or lounge(s). In making payment to our account, you understand and agree and accept these terms and conditions which are hereby given to you (the customer) prior to you making a funds transfer/deposit to our account. Additional charges, collection fees, collection limits and other significant factors as arise - may apply. In the event Newcastle Mattress Recyclers believe a refund(s) is warranted, then in doing so and at our own discretion, the refund(s) will be made in accordance with our "in house" terms and conditions which include but not limited to the money/monies being returned (refunded) to you "the customer" within 7 day's of our decision to warrant a refund(s). Any/all refund(s) will occur by way of funds transfer (internet banking) from our account to your's "the customer" and this is not negotiable. Cheque transactions are a thing of the past, Newcastle Mattress Recyclers no longer deals with cheque(s) either by accepting or issuing effective January 2013.

REFUNDS / CREDIT NOTE...
* Where the customer changes their mind/cancels the collection after having made payment to us via bank deposit or funds transfer, a credit note will be recorded against the person (customers) name and (or) address for use within the next twelve (12) months.
* In the unlikely event that a refund is provided, it will be within our terms of 28 days from the date we receive the refund request and will be less an administration fee of $20
* Where (in the extremely unlikely event) we are unable to provide the customer our service(s), the customer will receive (within our terms of 28 days) a full refund - with no administration fee applied.
